Instly Labs is prototyping autonomous toys with LiDAR, vision and autonomy on NVIDIA Jetson, designed to help children interact with AI in a safe, controlled environment. Embodied AI designed to live with a family, not in a lab.

Buddy is the first prototype: Zayn's AI companion, built first for our founder's son: a friend, a teacher, and a guide for the house. He rolls on wheels, navigates by LiDAR so he never meets a wall, sees and speaks, takes pictures, and drives himself around the home as an autonomous security vehicle, keeping an eye on the house while he keeps Zayn company in it.

Two prototypes are in build: Buddy V1 on NVIDIA Jetson Orin, and Buddy V2 on NVIDIA Jetson NX.
